3. AI Services & Liability

AnsChat uses artificial intelligence to generate responses. AI models can occasionally produce incorrect, misleading, or offensive content (hallucinations).

3.1 No Professional Advice

The Service is not intended to provide professional, medical, legal, or financial advice. You should verify all AI-generated information before relying on it or presenting it to your customers.

3.2 User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

  • Reviewing and correcting AI-generated responses.
  • Ensuring your chatbots do not violate any laws or third-party rights.
  • Disclosing to your end-users that they are interacting with an AI.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Generate or disseminate hate speech, harassment, or violent content.
  • Upload confidential or sensitive personal data (health, financial, government IDs) unless strictly necessary and with appropriate safeguards.
  • Deceive users or engage in fraud.
  • Reverse engineer, probe, or attack the Service infrastructure.
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws.

5. Privacy and Data Usage

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • We use third-party AI providers (Subprocessors) to generate responses.
  • You have obtained all necessary consents from your end-users to process their data via AnsChat.

6. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANSCHAT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING DAMAGES FROM AI ERRORS OR SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason.
