Review conversation history and user interactions.

Transcript Storage

  • Retention: Chat logs are stored for 1 year on the Pro plan (30 days on Free).
  • Privacy: Sensitive data (PII) detection can be enabled in Settings to mask credit card numbers automatically.

Review Process

You can rate conversations (Thumbs Up/Down) to flag them for review. These ratings do not retrain the model immediately but help you identify knowledge gaps to fix in the "Data Sources" tab.
