Leads Management

View, filter, and export leads captured by your agents.

Analyzing Leads

The Leads page aggregates contacts from all your agents into a single view.

  • Date Filter: Use the date picker to narrow down leads (e.g., "Last 7 Days", "Last Month").
  • Bot Breakdown: A pie chart showing which specific agent is generating the most leads.
  • Trend Chart: A line graph displaying the daily volume of new leads.

Data Quality

We assign a Data Quality Score (High/Medium/Low) to each lead:

  • High: Valid email syntax + Valid phone number format + Name present.
  • Medium: Valid email OR phone + Name present.
  • Low: Missing key contact info or invalid formats.

Exporting Data

Click the "Export CSV" button to download a .csv file compatible with Excel, Google Sheets, or CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce).

  • Columns included: Name, Email, Phone, Agent Name, Date, Source URL, Chat Transcript Link.
