Overview
The Dashboard is your command center. It provides a real-time snapshot of your AI agents' performance, lead generation stats, and current usage limits. Use this page to monitor the health of your deployments and track engagement trends.
Key Metrics Explained
Active Users (24h)
This metric shows the number of unique visitors who have interacted with your chat widget in the last 24 hours.
- How it's counted: A user is counted once they open the chat widget.
- Unique Identifier: We use a specialized browser fingerprinting method (privacy-compliant) to identify unique sessions.
- Refresh Rate: Updated every 5 minutes.
Lead Conversion Rate
The percentage of users who started a conversation and successfully submitted their contact information.
- Formula:
(Total Leads Collected / Total Unique Conversations) * 100 - Goal: A rate above 5% is considered healthy for most B2B implementations.
Messages
The total number of messages exchanged between your users and your AI agents.
- Counted: Both user queries and AI responses count towards this total.
- Exclusions: System messages (like "Welcome") do not count until the user replies.
Usage Limits & Resets
Your usage limits are based on your current subscription plan.
- Reset Cycle: Limits reset on the 1st of every month at 00:00 UTC.
- Reaching Limits: If you reach your message limit, the chat widget will show a "Maintenance Mode" message to users until the limit resets or you upgrade.
Recent Activity
The "Recent Activity" feed shows the last 10 significant events:
- New Lead: When a user submits a lead form.
- Agent Trained: When a knowledge base update completes.
- Deployment: When you update an agent's settings.
