Managing Agents
Create, train, and manage your AI support agents.
Agent Statuses
Each agent card displays a real-time status indicator:
- 🟢 Trained: The agent is ready and serving the latest version of your data.
- 🟡 Training: The agent is currently processing new data. Chat responses may use older data until this finishes.
- ⚪ Pending: The agent has been created but has no data sources attached yet.
- 🔴 Error: Training failed. Check the agent's "Data Sources" tab for specific error messages (usually due to unreadable PDFs or unreachable URLs).
Operations
- Playground: Opens a safe testing environment where you can chat with your agent without consuming monthly message credits.
- Deploy: Opens the configuration menu to get your embed code or integration links.
Search & Sorting
- Search: Filter agents by name or ID.
- Sort: By default, agents are sorted by "Last Updated", ensuring your most active projects are first.
