Agent Configuration
Configure appearance, behavior, and install your widget.
Content Tab
- Welcome Message: The first message the bot sends (e.g., "Hi! How can I help?").
- Suggested Messages: Clickable pills shown above the input bar (e.g., "Pricing", "Support").
- Proactive Popup:
- Delay: Time in seconds before the chat bubble opens automatically.
- Recommendation: Set to 5-10 seconds to avoid annoying visitors immediately.
Leads Tab (Form Builder)
- Primary Fields: Name, Email, Phone (Toggle ON/OFF).
- Validation: Email inputs check for valid format (
@domain.com). Phone inputs check for digit length. - Custom Fields: Add text inputs or dropdowns for specific qualification questions.
Meeting Tab (Calendly)
Integrate your calendar for direct bookings.
- Flow: The bot offers a "Book a Meeting" button or link.
- Event Type: Paste your specific Calendly event URL.
- Confirmation: The bot detects successful booking via the Calendly API and sends a confirmation message.
Style Tab
Customize the look to match your brand.
- Brand Color: Primary color for buttons and user bubbles.
- Position: Bottom Right (Default) or Bottom Left.
- Icon: Upload your logo (SVG/PNG, square aspect ratio recommended).
Embed Tab
- Embed Snippet: Copy/paste the
<script>tag into your website's<head>or<body>. - Iframe: Use the direct link for sharing the bot without a website.
- Verify Installation: Click "Test" to check if the widget code is detected on your live site.
